Location: Queensmount Care Home, 18 Queens Park West Drive, Bournemouth, BH8 9DA
Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Bank Hours (Total schedule flexibility)

We are partnering with Queensmount (part of Bupa) to find a friendly and dedicated Receptionist for a flexible bank role. In this vital position, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors, manage new enquiries, conduct show-arounds, and provide essential clerical support to help our community run smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as the welcoming first point of contact for all visitors, families, and professionals coming into the home.
Managing new enquiries, providing advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone, and conducting engaging property show-arounds.
Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, keeping paperwork and filing up to date.
Handling tasks in a timely manner to ensure daily and weekly operational workflows are completed seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working as a receptionist with a proven background in delivering excellent customer service.
A friendly, approachable, and highly organized manner, with the ability to handle a varied workload and build strong relationships.
