About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Apple Trees Care and Reablement Centre in Grantham, a 64-bed care home offering compassionate residential, intermediate, dementia, and respite care in a comfortable, homely setting.
As a Bank Night Support Worker, you will provide a wakeful watch over the security and safety of our residents and the home through the night. You will assist residents with personal care needs, offer companionship, and complete light household duties to keep the home clean and tidy, ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and well-looked after while they sleep.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience: Holding (or working towards) a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with previous experience in elderly care.
Personality & Attitude: Compassionate, professional, and equipped with a can-do approach and a natural ability to connect with others.
Flexibility: Ideal for experienced night-shift support workers seeking bank hours that fit around personal commitments, studies, or other responsibilities.
