About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a hands-on, friendly Customer Assistant for their Tewkesbury store.
Whether you are preparing meals in the Café or crafting fresh pizzas, meat, and fish on Market Street, you will play a massive part in making every customer's daily experience special. You will operate in a structured, fast-paced environment with clear routines, and receive cross-training across other key store areas like Replenishment and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food across Market Street counters and the in-store Café.
Customer Care: Go above and beyond to support shoppers, answer questions, and put customer needs first.
Store Efficiency: Follow structured routines and timed activities to ensure product availability and smooth day-to-day operations.
Teamwork & Flexibility: Collaborate seamlessly across different store departments, including customer service and stock replenishment.
