Location: Erskine Hall Care Home, Watford Road, Northwood, HA6 3PA
Salary: £20.03 – £24.79 per hour (depending on experience) + Welcome Bonus*
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (36 hours per week, 08:00 – 20:00 shifts)

As a Clinical Unit Manager at the highly-acclaimed Erskine Hall, you will take charge of a unit or floor, ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient running of care operations. By providing expert clinical guidance and leading by example, you will motivate and mentor our dedicated care teams while promoting resident independence, choice, and dignity at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee unit or floor operations to ensure the highest standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered.
Lead your team in assessing resident wellbeing, ensuring physical, emotional, and social needs are met with accurate record-keeping.
Deliver clinical guidance, motivate, and mentor colleagues to maintain safe and efficient care workflows.
Build lasting, meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and local partners to raise the home's profile within the wider community.
A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a genuine commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development.
A true passion for caring for the elderly and infirm, with a natural flair for helping people maintain their independence and dignity.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong, honest relationships with residents and families.
Strong leadership qualities, with experience delegating tasks, mentoring teams, and promoting excellence in customer service.
