About the Role
As an Out of Hours Team Leader at Asda Southampton, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department during night shifts. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, managing stock, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it's supporting new starters or stepping in to solve a problem on the shop floor, you will be a go-to person keeping your team motivated and focused.
