As a Ward Healthcare Assistant, you will assist clinical staff in delivering exceptional pre- and post-operative patient care while maintaining high standards of organization and patient dignity. Working flexible shifts (including nights and weekends), you will support everyday ward operations, patient communication, and record management.
Assist Registered Nurses and Consultants in caring for patients before and after surgical procedures.
Deliver compassionate, individual care while handling essential ward administrative tasks and database management.
Maintain a well-organized, safe, and supportive ward environment for patients, visitors, and clinical staff.
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
Relevant experience working within an acute hospital or care setting.
Good computer literacy, administrative skills, and excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
