Pharmacist

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join an esteemed private hospital facility in Leicester, UK. In this flexible bank role, you will act as a key clinical expert, integrating medicines management into personalized patient care pathways across multiple departments.

Working as a core member of a talented multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical pharmacy services supporting outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, pre-assessment units, and operating theatres. This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner looking for dynamic, high-quality clinical involvement within a modern hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Medicines Management Lead, overseeing safe medication handling, dispensing, and clinical advice across the hospital.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams, consultants, and patients to deliver integrated, high-quality pharmaceutical care.

• Provide specialized clinical pharmacy services across diverse departments including pre-assessment, outpatients, inpatient wards, and surgical suites.

Requirements

• Active professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

• Proven post-qualification pharmacy experience, ideally within a hospital or clinical environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong patient-centered focus.
