Salary & Key Details
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Contract Type: Part Time (5 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with occasional flexibility)

Your Role as a Support Worker
Encouraging & Supporting: Help him stay active and enjoy his favorite hobbies, including fishing, running, walking, arts and crafts, and attending clubs. Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and routines.
Engaging: Promote independence and wellbeing in a respectful, person-centred way, communicating clearly and thoughtfully.
Recording & Teamwork: Keep accurate records, report changes in health or circumstances to management, and work closely with a tight-knit team.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Experience with learning disabilities and complex needs is desirable, but not essential (full training and development provided).
Requirements: A full UK driving licence and a minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
Approach: A willingness to learn, work closely with a small trusted team, and bring a calm, positive attitude to the role.
