As a Care Assistant, you will play a central role in delivering personalized care that enhances the daily physical and emotional wellbeing of residents. Working alongside a collaborative healthcare team, you will establish warm, supportive relationships with residents and their families while maintaining exemplary care standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support residents with daily personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and mealtime support.
Assist in updating and maintaining accurate, personalized care plans to reflect evolving resident needs.
Build trusting, companionable relationships with residents to foster a supportive and comforting home environment.
Requirements
A passionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude toward social care.
Excellent communication skills and a reliable, highly organized approach to shift work.
Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute to the Castleford location.
