Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find a dedicated and inspiring Online Team Leader for their store in Inverness.
Are you good with people and a natural leader, or a great customer assistant ready for the next step in your career? As an Online Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind the in-store online team, ensuring orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered on time with minimal substitutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire: Create a team that delivers outstanding, friendly service and puts customers at the heart of everything.
Build Culture: Foster a supportive, performance-driven environment where achievements are recognized and rewarded.
Drive Efficiency: Analyse department data to simplify processes, speed up workflows, and identify risks with practical solutions.
Ensure Compliance: Make sure all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations are strictly followed.
Shift Requirements
Various shifts scheduled between 4:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings energy, organization, and leadership:
Proven ability to build and maintain effective team relationships
Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching for high performance
Strong operational and technical knowledge of an Online retail department
Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills to handle strict deadlines
