Position Details
Location: Challoner House Care Home, 175 Winchester Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 2DU
Pay Rate: £15.45 per hour
Contract Type: Bank (Casual, part-time flexible working to cover annual leave and sick leave as needed)
Shifts: Days or Nights Available
About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Every day brings something new, allowing you to put your compassion to work through daily living support, companionship, one-to-one time, and sharing wonderful moments and memories.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living needs and follow tailored care plans.
Provide meaningful companionship and ensure residents feel valued and safe.
Support residents with meals and hydration while maintaining high standards of care.
About You

Experience: Prior experience in caring for older people.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do approach.
