About the Role
As a QC Inspection Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, timely flow of goods through the department and back into stock. Partnering with NEXT, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to help detail-oriented professionals step into this dynamic distribution environment. Operating within a high-volume warehouse setting, you will manage vital documentation, handle quality checks, and support the distribution network in keeping operations precise and efficient.
What You Will Do
Stock Management & System Control: Accurately process documentation and systems, call work into the QC room, and induct approved stock back into the high bay from the PQC Department.
Quality & Rework Support: Handle a variety of boxed or hanging stock, and support Rework processes when needed by fixing, modifying, or adjusting components to meet high quality standards.
Physical Operations: Safely handle and lift boxes weighing up to 15kg as part of daily warehouse duties.
What You Will Bring
Experience: Previous experience working within a similar warehouse, distribution, or quality control role.
Attention to Detail: An exceptional eye for detail across all documentation and inspection tasks.
Speed & Accuracy: The ability to work accurately at speed and maintain composure under pressure.
Physical Capability: Comfortable meeting the physical demands of the role, including lifting boxes up to 15kg.
