About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised leader to help run a busy Lidl store. As a Shift Manager, you will keep the shop floor running smoothly, motivate your team, and step up to lead when the Store Manager is away.

What You Will Do

Lead the team: Motivate your colleagues, assign tasks, and help everyone succeed.
Run the store: Take charge of stock levels, inventory, freshness, and till/cash procedures.
Help customers: Make sure every shopper gets great service.
Step up: Manage the store confidently when senior managers are off-site.

What You Need

Experience managing a team and hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly, patient attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Good communication skills to delegate tasks fairly.
A proactive, encouraging attitude toward your team.
