Pay: £15.45 - £15.95 per hour (Earn extra for nights and bank holidays)

Hours: Permanent, Part-Time (35 hours a week, various shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised leader to help run a busy Lidl store. As a Shift Manager, you will keep the shop floor running smoothly, motivate your team, and step up to lead when the Store Manager is away.

What You Will Do

• Lead the team: Motivate your colleagues, assign tasks, and help everyone succeed.

• Run the store: Take charge of stock levels, inventory, freshness, and till/cash procedures.

• Help customers: Make sure every shopper gets great service.

• Step up: Manage the store confidently when senior managers are off-site.

What You Need

• Experience managing a team and hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.

• A friendly, patient attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Good communication skills to delegate tasks fairly.

• A proactive, encouraging attitude toward your team.
