This permanent role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, giving an experienced care worker the platform to guide shift teams and uphold excellent standards of person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring daily shift teams to ensure the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents.

• Assisting residents with daily personal care, nutritional support, and mobility while promoting their independence.

• Maintaining accurate care plans and communicating effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (and willingness to achieve Level 3) with prior experience as a Senior Care Assistant.

• Proven leadership and organizational skills within a UK care home environment.

• Right to work in the UK and living within a commutable distance of Aylesbury, UK.
