Join Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency as a Specialist Support Worker at Oldland Common, a newly built service featuring six self-contained homes for adults with complex needs. You will help individuals transition from hospital settings into the community, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and behaviours that challenge.

Experience: Experience and a good knowledge of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism, as well as working with complex behaviours or high support needs.
Personal Attributes: The ability to stay calm, patient, and empathetic in challenging situations.
Commitment: A strong commitment to person-centred support and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches.
Driving Licence: A full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
Right to Work: A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is currently unavailable).

Implementing PBS: Utilizing Positive Behaviour Support approaches and following detailed support plans.
Daily Living & Personal Care: Assisting with daily routines, personal care tasks, and developing independence.
Community Integration: Encouraging active participation and engagement within the local community.
