Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join the team at a Fitness & Wellbeing facility in Yeovil, UK. In this role, you will play a key part in helping swimmers of all ages and abilities build water confidence, improve technique, and meet their personal fitness goals.
Working on a flexible bank contract structure, this position is specifically intended to support regular Monday evening lessons on an ad-hoc basis. You will deliver high-quality instruction within a safe, motivating, and positive teaching environment aligned with national framework standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging group sessions or one-to-one swimming lessons following the Swim England framework.
Teach, inspire, and support swimmers across diverse age groups and skill levels to help them achieve their goals.
Promote facility amenities, teaching programs, and membership options while maintaining high standards of poolside safety.
Requirements
ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an engaging, student-centered coaching style.
Availability to deliver regular Monday evening swimming lessons.
