Swim Instructor (Bank)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join the team at a Fitness & Wellbeing facility in Yeovil, UK. In this role, you will play a key part in helping swimmers of all ages and abilities build water confidence, improve technique, and meet their personal fitness goals.

Working on a flexible bank contract structure, this position is specifically intended to support regular Monday evening lessons on an ad-hoc basis. You will deliver high-quality instruction within a safe, motivating, and positive teaching environment aligned with national framework standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging group sessions or one-to-one swimming lessons following the Swim England framework.

• Teach, inspire, and support swimmers across diverse age groups and skill levels to help them achieve their goals.

• Promote facility amenities, teaching programs, and membership options while maintaining high standards of poolside safety.

Requirements

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an engaging, student-centered coaching style.

• Availability to deliver regular Monday evening swimming lessons.
