Are you looking for a dynamic, people-focused retail role in your local community? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op to recruit a dedicated Customer Team Member in Perth!

In this role, you’ll be a welcoming and familiar face in a fast-moving store, delivering essential services and making life a little easier for local shoppers every day. Whether you're working hands-on on the shop floor, serving on tills, or keeping shelves fully stocked, you will play a vital part in keeping the store running smoothly.

• Working Pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, and late evenings (store closing), to include at least 1 weekend shift (to be discussed further at interview).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide friendly and thoughtful customer service, helping to put things right when needed.

• Shop Floor Operations: Work hands-on on the tills and shop floor to create a great shopping experience.

• Stock & Standards: Keep shelves well-stocked, check prices, dates, and temperatures, and maintain a safe, legal, and tidy store environment.

• Community Engagement: Promote Co-op Membership and help the store stay connected with local and national charities.

What We Are Looking For

• Passion: A genuine passion for helping people and delivering fantastic customer service.

• Flexibility: The ability to work flexibly across a variety of shift patterns as part of a team.

• Interest in Retail: An enthusiasm for working in a busy store environment (retail experience is not essential—full, paid training is provided from day one!).
