Key Responsibilities
Direct night care shifts, delegate responsibilities effectively, and safely administer and record medication.
Case-manage residents, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans.
Support and guide care assistants while encouraging residents to maintain their independence and personal well-being.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) along with proven experience leading and supervising care teams.
Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and a solid understanding of care planning processes.
Compassionate, resident-focused attitude paired with strong leadership capability and communication skills.
