Senior Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Direct night care shifts, delegate responsibilities effectively, and safely administer and record medication.

• Case-manage residents, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans.

• Support and guide care assistants while encouraging residents to maintain their independence and personal well-being.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) along with proven experience leading and supervising care teams.

• Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and a solid understanding of care planning processes.

• Compassionate, resident-focused attitude paired with strong leadership capability and communication skills.
