Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Myton Food Group to recruit a hands-on Production Operative for their busy factory site in Rushden.

In this permanent manufacturing role, you will work on our fast-paced production lines. No prior experience is needed—we will provide full training across a variety of tasks to ensure you are ready to help produce the top-quality products our customers love.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively on busy factory production lines to help manufacture top-quality products.

• Complete a variety of trained tasks to keep production running smoothly.

• Maintain focus and concentration through repetitive tasks throughout your shift.

• Adapt comfortably to working in a production environment with varying temperatures.

About You

No previous experience is required—we provide all the training and support you need! To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A genuine love for working as part of a supportive team.

• An enjoyment for working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

• The ability to maintain concentration during routine or repetitive shift tasks.

• Openness to working within a dynamic production factory environment.

• Note: Candidates must be over the school leaver’s age, and certain roles may have age restrictions due to the nature of the work.
