Contract Type: Permanent | 30 hours per week or 15 hours per week (alternate weekends required)

As our Receptionist, you will act as the vital first point of contact for all visitors, families, and prospective residents. You will provide friendly, professional advice and support while handling enquiries and assisting the home's management team with day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the welcoming first point of contact for all visitors to the care home, both face-to-face and over the phone.
Take responsibility for managing new enquiries and conducting informative show-arounds of the home.
Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, including paperwork, filing, and managing daily/weekly tasks.
Deal with all enquiries in a timely, professional manner and build strong, lasting relationships with residents, families, and internal teams.
Previous experience working in a receptionist or customer service role.
A friendly, approachable, and organized professional with an ability to handle a varied workload efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude that makes a real difference in people's lives.
