Role Overview

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented, and compassionate Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will make a real everyday difference by maintaining immaculate cleanliness standards and creating a warm, welcoming, and pristine environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, working closely with other housekeeping and maintenance team members.

• Vacuum, mop floors, polish surfaces, and ensure the careful upkeep of all communal areas and resident bedrooms.

• Manage and maintain daily housekeeping stock levels, raising any requests or issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Multitask efficiently to handle multiple requests while keeping resident happiness and comfort front and centre.
