Job Overview
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Sileby, Leicestershire.

In this unique supported living service supporting 9 people, you will help individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health conditions, and complex needs live as independently as possible within their own homes and local communities.

What You Will Do
Encourage: Help individuals play active roles in their communities to foster independence.
Support: Assist with daily living activities, including social outings, personal care, routines, meal planning, preparation, and budgeting.
Communicate & Engage: Connect effectively using people’s chosen methods, motivating them to enhance their quality of life.
Specialise: Provide support using positive behavioural support approaches for those who need them.
Record & Collaborate: Keep accurate records, report changes in health or circumstances to management, and work well both in a team and on your own initiative.
What We Are Looking For
A positive, proactive approach with great people skills
Enthusiasm for supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
A full UK driver's licence
Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
