Location: 110 St Marks Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 6DN (Rated 9.6/10 on carehome.co.uk)
Salary: £19.45 - £25.18 per hour (Depending on experience and capability)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (48 hours per week, including 6 hours supernumerary)
Schedule: 08:00 - 12:00 / 08:00 - 20:00, working alternative weekends

We are partnering with St Marks Care Home in Maidenhead (part of Bupa) to find a passionate and driven Clinical Unit Manager. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of running a unit or floor, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care while building lasting relationships with residents, families, and local healthcare partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking charge of a unit or floor, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity at all times.
Assessing resident wellbeing to ensure physical, emotional, and social needs are expertly met with accurate record-keeping.
Delivering clinical guidance and leading by example, motivating and mentoring the team for smooth, safe daily operations.
Fostering a strong sense of community within the home and developing lasting relationships with residents, families, and local partners.
What You’re Looking For
A valid NMC pin with a genuine commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and ongoing professional development.
A true passion for caring for the elderly with a natural flair for helping people maintain their independence and dignity.
Excellent communication skills to build strong, honest relationships with residents and their families.
A natural, compassionate leadership style, ready to delegate effectively and drive excellent customer service and clinical standards.
