Your Role as a Support Worker
As part of your day-to-day work, you will be offering the following:
Encouraging: Helping people play active roles in their communities to promote independence.
Supporting: Assisting with daily living activities, social events, personal care, routines, meal planning, and budgeting.
Communicating: Interacting effectively using individuals' chosen methods.
Engaging: Promoting and motivating people to enhance their quality of life.
Specialising: Delivering positive behavioural support approaches where needed.
Recording: Keeping accurate records and reporting changes in health or circumstances to management.
Teamwork: Working collaboratively as part of a team while using your own initiative.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
