We are recruiting for a fixed-term, part-time Service Colleague in Sunderland to act as the heart of the customer experience, serving with heart, pride, and enthusiasm.
In this dynamic, multi-faceted role, you will rotate across different store areas to keep operations running smoothly—whether you are stocking shelves, unpacking deliveries, picking online orders, serving at the checkouts, or perfecting fresh pizzas.
Shift Pattern: Day shifts, 18 hours per week (flexibility required to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings).
Key Responsibilities: Delivering exceptional customer service, adapting to various store departments, maintaining brilliant store standards, and collaborating with a fast-paced team.
