Complex Healthcare Assistant (Tracheostomy Specialist)
Location: South London, SE24, Lambeth (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Full-time and part-time available
Shifts: Flexible 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts available
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £16.00 per hour (Estimated annual earnings of £26,200 – £28,950 based on average 36-hour weekly patterns)
Are you an experienced, proactive carer with tracheostomy care expertise looking for a rewarding role where you can provide focused, high-level clinical support? We are currently recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a complex care client in their own home in the Lambeth area. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred complex care tailored to our client in a single home environment.
Utilize your clinical experience to manage tracheostomy care safely and confidently.
Work proactively within a small, consistent core team of regular care staff dedicated to a single client per shift.

What We Are Looking For
At least 6 months of professional care experience, with required tracheostomy care experience.
A compassionate, reliable, and attentive personality who is confident in complex care environments and ready for a clinical challenge.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
