Position: Bank Care Assistant / Carer
Location: Windsor Street Care Centre, Windsor Street, Cheltenham, GL52 2DG
Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour (Mon–Fri) / £14.67 per hour (Weekends)
Contract Type: Bank / 0 Hours per week (Flexible hours to cover annual leave and sickness)
Shift Pattern: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are delighted to partner with this leading not-for-profit care provider to find compassionate care assistants for Windsor Street Care Centre in Cheltenham.
Tucked away on a peaceful residential street in north Cheltenham, Windsor Street is a modern, purpose-built home offering tailored residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and day care for up to 81 residents. Whether you are an experienced care professional or completely new to the sector, you will make a genuine, daily impact by supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, and sharing laughs and meaningful companionship.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents to support their daily wellbeing and independence.
Bring kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to the home environment.
Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Experience: Open to both experienced carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experience and a caring heart.
