As a Care Assistant (Day), you will focus on providing high-quality, person-centered care that enhances the daily lives of residents. Working collaboratively with your colleagues, you will assist with daily living tasks, promote resident independence, and ensure individual care preferences are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Gently assist residents with daily personal care routines, including washing, dressing, personal hygiene, and mealtime support.

• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and their families to offer ongoing emotional comfort and companionship.

• Assist in maintaining individual care plans to ensure care delivery remains aligned with residents' evolving needs.
