As a Gardener through Supportive Bridge, you will take ownership of the home's outdoor spaces, ensuring the lawns, flowerbeds, and gardens provide a pleasant, relaxing sanctuary that residents and their families can enjoy year-round.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain lawns, flowerbeds, borders, and hedges, including regular weeding, pruning shrubs, and tending to small trees.
Advise the Home Manager on potential gardening issues and collaborate on planning areas that require improvement or new planting.
Assist the maintenance team with occasional ad hoc duties in and around the home when needed.
