Clean Team Member
About this role
As a Clean Team Member, you will execute routine and deep cleaning duties across various club areas, including the gym floor, changing rooms, showers, and poolside facilities. Operating modern commercial cleaning machinery, you will schedule your tasks efficiently to maintain high facility standards without disrupting the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out comprehensive cleaning across the club, including gym facilities, changing areas, showers, pool surrounds, and periodic deep cleaning.
Safely operate commercial cleaning machinery, such as scrubber dryers, rotary floor machines, and carpet extraction cleaners.
Handle waste removal and follow established hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe, immaculate setting for members.
Requirements
Prior experience in a cleaning, housekeeping, or similar facility maintenance role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to safely operate specialized cleaning equipment.
Friendly, customer-focused attitude with good communication and teamwork skills.
