Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Care Assistants while overseeing the day-to-day running of the care unit.

• Assist with clinical duties, including care planning, medication support, and accurate record keeping.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards the qualification.

• Previous experience in a senior care or care assistant role within a care setting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with a compassionate approach.
