Pay Rate: £10.85 – £12.71 per hour (dependent on age)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons Daily to find future convenience stars to join the team in Inverness. In this role, you will be trained to handle various store tasks, from till operations to merchandising and Food to Go preparation. Please note: This role involves regular lone working, so candidates must be comfortable and confident working alone in store for periods of time (and must be over 18 if working in premises selling alcohol due to licensing laws).
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Tills: Operate tills and handle cash transactions (including Post Office duties where required, subject to a DBS check).
Stock & Merchandising: Manage stock control, handle merchandising, and maintain excellent store presentation.
Food Prep: Prepare Food to Go items as required.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the store operates safely, legally, and to the highest standards.
Supervisor Cover: Step up to cover supervisor duties when needed (with additional pay for the hours covered).
Lone Working: Carry out routine and independent lone working safely and confidently as an essential part of the role.
