Role Overview

As a Customer Assistant, you will keep the store moving, buzzing, and thriving. From restocking shelves and working fast-paced deliveries to jumping on tills and maintaining pristine shop floors, you will play a hands-on part in feeding the community and delivering exceptional customer service. You even have the chance to specialize as a Freshness, Non-Food, or Bakery Specialist as you grow!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Care: Be a Lidl expert, greeting shoppers with a smile and answering questions with a friendly manner.

• Deliveries & Merchandising: Efficiently process arriving stock deliveries and expertly merchandise the famous middle aisles of Non-Food products.

• Bakery & Freshness: Proactively keep the bakery topped up with freshly baked goods throughout the day.

• Store Standards: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized environment across the entire shop floor.

What You Will Receive

• Competitive Pay: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour (plus £2.00 extra for bank holidays and £3.50 extra for night hours if worked).
