Advertising Rate: Competitive Agency Rates (Hourly pay ranging from £16.90 to £18.40 per hour, with enhanced bank holiday rates of £24.15 – £32.90)

Hours: Full-time permanent annualised contract (Flexible shift patterns, typically 08:00 – 20:00 across days and nights)

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Senior Complex Healthcare Assistant to work across multiple client locations throughout West Kent, including Maidstone, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Paddock Wood, and West Malling.

In this vital senior capacity, you will provide round-the-clock clinical cover and leadership, ensuring clients can live safely and comfortably in their own homes. (Please note: Flexibility to travel and work across all specified West Kent client locations is essential).

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Clinical Delivery: Provide expert, clinically competent care interventions including tracheostomy management, ventilation, PEG feeding, and epilepsy/medication administration.

• Multi-Site Flexibility: Travel flexibly across various complex care packages throughout West Kent, adapting seamlessly to different client environments and age groups.

• Client Advocacy & Dignity: Act as a robust advocate for clients, upholding their best interests and showing utmost dignity and respect in alignment with safeguarding policies.

• Care Plan Adherence & Monitoring: Closely observe, monitor, and record client health status while meticulously following nurse manager-written care plans.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this senior agency placement, you will need:

• Solid previous care experience involving complex clinical skills (tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, and epilepsy management) and personal care delivery.

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for multi-site travel across West Kent).

• Full Right to Work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
