Location: Cardiff (Maindy Road, Cathays, CF24 4HQ)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (30-hour contract)
Hours: Various shifts between 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Salary: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour (plus an extra £2.00/hr during bank holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)

What You’ll Do

Help Our Shoppers: Act as a Lidl expert, answering customer questions and helping them find exactly what they need.
Keep Shelves Stocked: Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive to keep the store stocked and looking its best.
Bake Fresh Goods: Proactively keep the bakery area topped up with freshly baked breads and pastries.
Merchandise the Middle Aisle: Maintain and beautifully present the ever-changing selection of middle-aisle Non-Food products.
Deliver Great Service: Work alongside your team to ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming shopping environment.

What You’ll Need

Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment (retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required!).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings (from 5:00 AM) or late finishes (up to 11:00 PM).
A positive, adaptable attitude when store priorities change.
Plenty of energy, a friendly smile, and a passion to make your store a local success.
