Care Assistant

Join our team as a Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. Bring your compassion; we’ll provide the training and support you need.

What You’ll Receive:

Pay: £12.76 per hour
Hours: 36 to 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends (Days, nights, and bank shifts available)

What You Will Be Doing:

Provide personal care and support.
Administer and record medication.
Assist with daily living activities.
Support activities and social engagement.
Promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
Deliver person-centred care as part of a team.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience working within a care home
Kind, compassionate, and great with people
Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer visa sponsorship)
Ability to work alternate weekends
