Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with BAE Systems—a global leader in aerospace, defence, and security—to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Undergraduate Aerospace Integration Engineer.
If you are currently pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering, another engineering discipline, or a STEM subject, this 12-month placement offers an incredible opportunity to kickstart your career. You will work on cutting-edge platforms, ranging from early lifecycle development for FCAS and Eurofighter Typhoon to pioneering innovations in FalconWorks.
Core Responsibilities
System Integration: Use a whole-platform, full-lifecycle approach to bring component systems together, ensuring seamless capability, interoperability, and risk reduction.
Project Management: Manage engineering projects holistically while deepening your technical understanding of complex aerospace products.
Requirements & Architecture: Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate needs into clear engineering requirements and define whole-product architectures using systems engineering techniques.
Problem Solving: Apply your academic knowledge to solve engineering challenges across various product lifecycle stages.
Candidate Requirements
Academic Status: On track to achieve at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level.
Eligible Disciplines: Aerospace Engineering, any other Engineering discipline, or a broader STEM subject.
Security & Compliance: Due to the nature of defense projects, all applicants must, as a minimum, achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) vetting, alongside applicable export control and nationality requirements.
