Competitive Pay: £12.85 per hour
Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (plus weekend coordinator shifts of 12 hours per week from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays).

Working Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday) or weekend roles (12 hours per week from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays).
Companionship: Providing support, companionship, communication, and engagement with residents.
Creating Activities: Designing an engaging activities plan utilizing both internal and external resources.
Event Planning: Planning special events such as summer BBQs or Christmas parties for residents.
Resident Interaction: Regularly talking with residents to find out what activities they want to do and bringing them to fruition.
External Communications: Speaking with external entertainers or businesses to organize visits or arrange trips out for the residents.
Mobility: Supporting residents to live as independently as possible through active movement like Zumba, ballroom dancing, or balloon tennis.
Social Activities: Facilitating trips out, social engagements, and home activities tailored for all abilities.
Team Support: Helping colleagues through shadowing, teamwork, and supporting the smooth running of the home when required.
Right to Work: A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note: under current guidance, we are unable to accept skilled or student visas).
Personal Qualities: Caring, positive, and reliable individuals.
Experience: Previous care experience is not essential, as fully funded training is provided.
