Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the team at Badgeworth Court Care Centre.
In this role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, ensuring they receive the high-quality care they deserve in a safe and supportive environment.
Pay Rate: £21.50 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week (Permanent)
Shifts: Mixed (Days and Nights)
Closing Date: 29 August 2026
Key Responsibilities
Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents to ensure top-tier care.
Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
Exercise sound professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
Develop tailored care plans, conduct detailed risk assessments, and administer medications safely.
Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
Current NMC Registration (RGN).
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
Proven experience in producing comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
