Working as a Bank Senior Care Assistant through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager at South Chowdene. You will also support the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, or reviews, ensuring a warm, vibrant, and dignified environment for residents across flexible day or night shifts.
Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside management.
Support the clinical team with specific duties such as medication handling, resident assessments, care plans, and reviews.
Champion person-centred care while respecting the dignity, independence, and preferences of every resident.
Provide flexible cover for shifts as and when needed across the home.
NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific practical knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
A warm-hearted, compassionate, and motivational approach.
Proven leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
