About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons to recruit friendly, approachable Customer Assistants to join the Service team in Reading.
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the store, giving customers a fantastic shopping experience across checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks. You will help customers with their shop, process transactions smoothly, and offer great service with a smile. You will also receive cross-training to support other store areas, such as Market Street or Replenishment teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver warm, friendly, and approachable customer service at checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks to ensure shoppers leave feeling looked after and welcome.
Transaction Processing: Handle customer transactions smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.
Store Support: Cross-train and assist across different parts of the store—including Market Street or Replenishment teams—wherever support is needed most.
