Partnering with Kier, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to connect organized and operational professionals with a permanent Community Steward Support Officer role based in Wellingborough. Play a vital role in enhancing service resilience by providing essential operational and administrative support to Community Stewards across the highways network.
Report Triage & Processing: Support accurate triage and processing of HORT reports by reviewing evidence, checking for duplicates, and ensuring jobs are raised or routed correctly.
Operational Field Support: Provide practical and on-site assistance to Community Stewards, including site visits and the delivery of materials.
Service Resilience: Help identify recurring issues, reduce duplication and delays, and contribute directly to backlog prevention.
Record Keeping: Maintain precise records and respond efficiently to urgent requests while balancing competing priorities.
Licence & Travel: Hold a full driving licence and feel comfortable travelling across the network as required.
Qualifications: Possess a LANTRA Highways Inspection Certificate and relevant traffic management qualifications.
Tech-Savvy: Confident using mobile and desktop technology to review photographs, records, reports, and work information accurately.
Analytical & Collaborative: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make evidence-based decisions, coupled with clear communication to build positive relationships with teams and stakeholders.
