Salary: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time Nights (44 hours per week)

About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant at the CQC-rated "Outstanding" Queensmount Care Home, you will be at the heart of our mission to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives. Providing compassionate, person-centred care through the night, you'll support resident independence, honour individual choices, and ensure that every resident feels safe, secure, and genuinely cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from nighttime companionship to personal care.
Observe and manage resident well-being, accurately documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Support residents' hydration and nutritional needs when required.
Provide physical and mental reassurance through calm, supportive interactions.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans in line with regulatory and legal standards.
What We Are Looking For
Motivation, positivity, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dedicated night team.
Desirable: Prior experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
