As a Bank Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) at Arbour Lodge Independent Hospital, you will provide vital cover for planned or unplanned absences, supporting patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure every patient's needs are met, treat everyone with dignity and respect, supervise nursing care, and enjoy the professional autonomy to make a real difference in patients' recovery journeys.
Specialist Nursing Care: Deliver and supervise high-quality clinical care, supporting patients with complex mental health or learning disability needs.
Care Planning & Risk Management: Produce robust, well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments in line with up-to-date clinical practices and CQC requirements.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure holistic, person-centred support and positive patient outcomes.
Flexibility: Work casual bank shifts (Mixed Days/Nights) on an as-needed basis to provide essential cover for annual leave or sickness.
Qualifications: Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with an active PIN.
Knowledge & Experience: Strong understanding of current clinical practices, CQC requirements and frameworks, alongside experience in care planning and risk assessment.
