Competitive Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Experience: Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
Attributes: Well-organized, self-motivated, and ready to take on a 40-hour per week role that includes on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend work
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be the main point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance, and information for allocated clients and staff. You will monitor and check the health and wellbeing of clients through face-to-face visits, phone calls, and care records audits.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assessments & Care Plans: Undertaking assessments and re-assessments of care needs and managing risks to ensure care plans remain person-centred and reflective of client needs.
Safeguarding: Ensuring arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against the risk of abuse, and making sure staff feel confident and supported to highlight potential issues.
Staff Supervision: Conducting regular supervisions and reviews with team members to assess competency and promote ongoing personal development.
On-Call & Scheduling: Participating in on-call duties and weekend work to maintain seamless service delivery.
