In this role, you will provide top-tier cleaning and soft services across a range of commercial facilities. Please note that this position requires you to obtain and maintain National Security Clearance prior to starting, which is rewarded with an impressive £2,000 annual bonus!

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Hygiene Services: Carry out professional cleaning tasks across commercial spaces—including offices, corridors, stairwells, meeting rooms, and washrooms—following site-specific schedules.

• Soft Services Support: Assist the wider team by setting up rooms for meetings, moving furniture, preparing/clearing refreshments, and occasionally escorting site visitors and contractors.

• Stock & Maintenance: Monitor cleaning consumables, submit replenishment requests in a timely manner, and report any observed building repairs to management.

• Safety & Compliance: Use cleaning materials and machinery in strict accordance with COSHH and manufacturer guidelines, adhering closely to all health and safety policies.

What You Will Need

• Experience: Previous workplace cleaning experience is an advantage.

• Physical Capability: Physically able to carry out cleaning duties and move light items, such as vacuum cleaners and mop buckets, across multi-level facilities.

• Core Skills: Excellent time-keeping, a methodical and meticulous approach to work, and a strong commitment to customer service.

• Communication: Ability to read and speak English fluently to ensure safe working practices are followed.

• Security: Must be eligible and able to obtain/maintain National Security Clearance prior to commencement.
