Salary: £12.85 - £13.85 per hour (Depending on experience)

We are partnering with Crossley House (part of Bupa) to find a motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join their dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will take daily charge of running a unit, mentoring care assistants, and supporting clinical duties to ensure residents live independent, dignified, and fulfilling lives.
Taking day-to-day responsibility for running a unit and leading team shift handovers.
Supporting clinical tasks, including assisting nurses with observations, administering medication, and reviewing care plans.
Training, supervising, and nurturing new team members so they feel fully welcomed and supported.
Building meaningful, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals like GPs and District Nurses.
Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
Completed or working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (full support provided to complete your qualification if needed!).
Previous experience in a senior care role with a solid understanding of its rewards and challenges.
A positive, upbeat attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural talent for leadership.
