Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday | Shift Times: 45 hours a week (start time between 04:00 and 06:00)

About the Role

Are you an experienced professional driver looking for a customer-focused role with a supportive team? Through Bridge Staffing Agency, we are recruiting a Class 2 Delivery / Multi Drop Driver for Bidfood in Worcester. Beyond just driving, you will be the face of the company on the road, delivering ambient, chilled, and frozen products safely while building great relationships with customers across your designated route.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliveries & Route Efficiency: Safely deliver orders to customer locations while maintaining high safety and legal compliance standards.

• Loading & Handling: Load, move, and unload products using cages and pallets (note: this is a physically active role involving regular lifting).

• Customer Service: Provide a friendly, professional service and build positive relationships at every stop.

• Independent Working: Enjoy working independently on the road while backed by a supportive transport team.

What We Are Looking For

• Essential Licence: A valid Category C or C+E driving licence.

• Customer Focus: A professional, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.

• Physical Fitness: Comfort with an active, hands-on role involving regular loading, unloading, and manual handling (reasonable adjustments considered where appropriate).

• Work Ethic: Enjoyment of working independently while being a dependable team player.
