About the Role

As a Reach Truck Driver (Days) representing Bridge Staffing Agency at Bidfood in Worcester, you will play a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll be part of a fast-paced team handling ambient, chilled, and frozen stock, ensuring that products are moved safely and efficiently so our drivers can head out on time with accurate orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a Reach Truck to move stock across ambient, chilled, and frozen areas.

• Handle stock using pump trucks, PPTs, and reach trucks while keeping everything organized, accurate, and accessible.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Support your team to ensure drivers leave on schedule with complete and correct orders.

What You Need to Apply

• A Reach Truck Licence (preferred) and previous Reach Truck driving experience (highly desirable).

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail.

• Reliability, teamwork, and comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Flexibility regarding shift patterns (potential move to 5 out of 7 days).
