Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Howgate House for a Care Assistant (Night) to join their team in Bradford, UK.
In this role, you will be at the heart of daily life for residents, delivering compassionate, high-quality care during night shifts. Working alongside a supportive team, you will assist residents with their physical, emotional, and social needs, ensuring their independence, dignity, and wellbeing are upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and overnight support with kindness and respect.
Encourage independence and build meaningful, trusting relationships with residents and their families.
Contribute to individualised care plans and help maintain a safe, welcoming home environment.
Requirements
A passionate, reliable, and organized approach with strong communication skills.
Flexibility to commit to part-time night shifts on a scheduled rota basis.
Right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of Bradford, UK.
